Foundation's Aims:The Gruss Life Monument Fund for Assistance to I.D.F. Ex-Servicemen was established with the aim of providing assistance to young people who had completed their national obligation through service in the Israel Defense Forces or the volunteer National Service program. This assistance would allow them to achieve their goals and become productive members of Israeli society. The Fund grants almost 5,000 stipends annually to the various target populations determined in our annual working plan. In addition, the Fund initiates and supports various projects whose main aim is to promote the welfare of ex-servicemen.
