Foundation's Aims:To provide scholarships for disabled IDF veterans who are undertaking higher education. The size of the grant will depend on a number of factors, including the applicant's level of disability, economic position, and the year of studies for which the scholarship is needed. A joint committee of the Fund and the IDF Disabled Veterans' Organization decides on the recipients and the amount of the scholarships.
