| Foundation's Aims: | Originally, assistance from the Fund was meant only for residents of the Old City of Jerusalem. Some five years ago, we were requested to make loans available to immigrants from the former Soviet Union, and we agreed to this request. In addition, we make assistance available to religious students, thanks to a kind donation from the Kablan family. |
