Description:To assist in the fight against social exclusion by helping individuals or groups find new approaches to their own campaigns. The organization was created in 1995 to assist individuals whose approaches to the health or welfare authorities had been rejected, and to offer them a way of expressing their concerns. It also seeks to develop initiatives for building social solidarity, by encouraging businesses to contribute to the struggle against social exclusion.
Programs:1. A care space for treatment in the center of Jerusalem.
2. Training institute for social workers and specialized educators.
3. Assisting former drug addicts to integrate into society.
4. Assistance to homosexual and lesbian youth, and to foreign workers.
Accomplishments:
  • 1. Held the first congress in Israel dealing with exclusion, in November 1998.
  • 2. Opening of a psychoanalytic care space in Jerusalem.
  • 3. Opening of a social center to help former drug addicts to find work.
Future Objectives:
  • 1. To support the care space.
  • 2. To provide information about social exclusion in Israel.
  • 3. To establish and maintain international links, particularly with France.
