The information and data presented in the Partial Amuta Profiles and the Partial Foundation Profiles is that of the Registrar of Amutot of the Israel Ministry of the Interior as of 1st October, 1999. It was purchased from the Registrar's Office in ASCII format and adapted to the format designed for this site. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented or missing is solely that of the Registrar's office. We are grateful to the Registrar for his cooperation and interest in this project. We hope that in the future all the information requested in our Amuta and Foundation Full Profile Information Forms would be required of all Amutot by the Registrar as part of the annual official recertification procedure. We would be pleased to have them appear on this website.

The initial Full Amuta and Full Foundation Profiles were prepared by our staff based on our detailed questionnaire sent by us by thousands of amutot and foundations. The self-reported information contained in the questionnaire was used to write the profile, which was then returned to each amuta for corrections and written approval for publication in the books Giving Wisely and Israel Foundation Directory and for the Giving Wisely Internet site. The accuracy of the information presented in these profiles is solely the responsibilty of the amutot and foundations that participated in this Project.

Since the initial databases, the information presented here has been modified by the amutot and foundations themselves. This includes both updating existing data and adding new amutot and foundations. We reserve the right to edit the data received.
